Refund policy
We have a no return and no exchange policy, which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL in general, and the only type of exceptions we could make is for manufacturers' defect, of which is determined on a case by case basis.
We offer the best services that we could and provide the best value on our merchandise in our capacity. To reduce the cost and give the best price to our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges in general. However, you can always contact us for any return question at sales@alvony.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
In the rare cases when we approve a refund request, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
